Bypass Events
Pollution Control
The file name is bypass_events.csv and will be automatically updated per 24 hours
A bypass event occurs when flow monitors register any volume (cubic metres/day) above 0. The end of the bypass event occurs when the value returns back to 0. Bypass events will be checked every 48 hours and posted when an event has occurred or occurring.
The data set contains two columns; the date and start time of the bypass event and also the end time of the event.
